New Members Welcome!!
The S.A.F.E. Committee is looking for new self advocates to join us and be part of our Team. This is a great way to make new friends and learn about your rights and self advocacy. Transportation can be worked out if you are interested in attending.

Why Join the SAFE Committee?
• Gain leadership skills
• Meet other self advocates and share information
• Learn about self advocate events that are happening in the community
• Host SAFE Committee events
• Give input and participate in educational events
• Keep up to date on what is happening at organizations
such as Community Living BC
• Be part of a group who wants to make changes so that
everyone is included in the community!

We want a committee of people with various abilities...everyone can contribute!

SAFE Committee meetings:
SAFE Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at the MAPCL Head Office.
