On May 15th our longest serving staff member, Bill Marion, is retiring.  Bill has been with the organization since 1981.  Yes, twenty-eight years, two months and fifteen days to be precise.

How does one say thank you to twenty-eight years of dedication and commitment?

Well, we start off by saying Thank You for all of the lives you have impacted while working towards the goal of full citizenship and inclusiveness.  Thank you for your: dedication, patience, commitment, kindness, perseverance, good humor, understanding, diplomacy. And, most importantly you’re stick-to-it-ness. 

Through all of the changes over the last twenty-eight years, you have managed to remain focused on what is most important to community living, full citizenship for the individual we provide service to on a daily basis.
