MAPCL presents the 5th Annual Art Show for BC Persons with Developmental Disabilities on October 15th, 2009 at the Heritage Hall in Vancouver B.C. We are pleased to welcome back Arran Henn from Global TV as Master of Ceremonies. This is Arran's fourth year as MC and we grateful for the gift of time that she so generously donates to us.
