THE ???? COMMITTEE

“It aint easy being green” takes on a different meaning today then it did when Van Morrison and Kermit the Frog came to consensus through song about it’s meaning in the 70’s. Today being green is not about appearances. Today being green is about working in harmony with the planet to restore it to a more natural state and free it from the destructive path we are currently on due to excessive waste, pollution and unethical unconscious life style choices. Of course “It still aint easy being green”, and coming up with a name which reflects our efforts as an agency has proven challenging.

MAPCL recently started a committee whose objective it is to promote sustainable ethical practices and reduce waste. We are putting it out there for all employees and supported persons to enter the “Name that Committee contest.” Contest entrees can be placed in a suggestion box at Head Office. The name of the successful contestant will be announced in the MAPCL News letter.

The prize will be announced at a later date. Dead line for contest entrees is October 31st. 2008. Good luck!!!!!
