Community Living Month

In October, Mainstream Association for Proactive Living presents its celebration of creativity in our own sector and shows us the best and the brightest examples of non-verbal expression at our Annual Art Show, October 26th at the Heritage Hall.

Our Stage Door Theatre Troupe will participate in Community Living Month with other CLBC participants showcasing the enthusiastic and talented actors, dancers and singers housed under our own roof at the Heritage Hall Stage Door site.

In the month of October, remember to honour the practices and practicality of Community Living. It is an invitation to get on board if you want to achieve greater autonomy, independence and choice for individuals with life challenges. It makes our communities stronger,our citizens confident and our will as a society to democratize access assured.
