Our friend Lucy Mary Fischer

Our friend Lucy Mary Fischer passed away peacefully on October 19, 2006 at St. Paul's Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her friends and support workers at the North Shore Supported Living Network.

Lucy was always fun to be with. She lived to laugh and make others laugh. Lucy loved wrestling with a passion, and enjoyed music and scary movies. Her favourite colour was blue, and her favourite day of the week was Tuesday. Tuesday was the day of her regular dinner outing with her worker, and also the day she went to the movies with her two close friends. Mike Joseph and Marnnie Smith were Lucy's best friends. Marnie will especially miss Lucy, as she had been her roommate. Marnie also happened to be Lucy's soul mate. We will remember the great fun everyone had with Lucy on our trips to Mexico and cruise to Alaska.

Lucy's spirit and humour will not soon be forgotten.
