uSPEQ Employee Climate Survey

Beginning May 26th and for three weeks thereafter, MAPCL employees will have a formal opportunity to be heard regarding how they feel about their relationships within the agency and the support they receive to do their jobs.
The Universal Stakeholder Participation and Experience Questionnaire (uSPEQ, pronounced you-speak), has been modified specifically for MAPCL. All staff will be encouraged to complete the on-line survey and will be provided the necessary access and support to do so. Completed surveys go directly to uSPEQ where the information will be compiled in a report that we will receive 3-4 weeks after the survey closes. Individual responses will be held in the strictest of confidence by uSPEQ. Themes that emerge from all responses will be highlighted in the report.
What we learn or discover from the uSPEQ report will be shared with our employees and serve to inform changes that will make us a better agency. MAPCL is committed to continually improving on what we do and how we do it. Satisfied employees lead to better service, which leads to satisfied stakeholders. It starts with each other.
