PROJECT VOLUNTEER NEWS

This week Patrick Cieslar, the research lead on our Volunteer Development Project joined our program staff and will be working with programs such as Stage Door, Alternatives and Altesse.

Patrick’s dedication, focus and hard work have moved us a long way toward successful completion of this key development project.

At the end of this exercise the project will have completed surveys from various agencies to inform a set of recommendations, documents, processes, and risk analysis practices. From this document, a Strategic Plan for a volunteer department will be born. We look forward to creation of a program that supports staff, expands our fund raising capacity and allows us to create several key action plans such as a volunteer speakers bureau.
