Video Production for Web-based Staff Training
Continuing Quality Improvement in conjunction with our Development & Communications department is pleased to announce the production of a web-based training module. On March 2nd a production company will be at Head Office to shoot a video, which will become MAPCL’s first foray into web-based training. The end product will provide opportunity to experience a guided journey through our Principles of Service.
Designed as a tool for facilitating quality conversations (or conversations about quality!), staff will be able to access this video through the employee resource link on our website.
Whether used as a departure point for small group or staff team discussion, or by individuals interested in continuing to deepen their understanding of MAPCL’s Philosophy & Values, this marks an exciting step forward in our continuing efforts to enhance the lives of persons served. It is primarily through understanding who we are that enables us to develop fully realized relationships with those we support and each other.
A further announcement will mark the rollout of this tool. This will include methods for user feedback, which, as many of you know, is an essential component Continuing Quality Improvement.
I wish to acknowledge the contribution of each and every person who has attended the 2-day Philosophy & Values training. This project is a direct outcome of the great discussions that have occurred therein. It is our hope that the conversations continue.
Cheers!
David Livingstone
