A SPIRIT OF COOPERATION
Transparency and Truth

There is usually a reason why people fail to cooperate, or conversely why they do.  Generally a mutually beneficial outcome makes people roll up their sleeves and  “pull their weight” while obvious differences in goals and rewards for people involved in a single initiative set them at odds with a common process..

Often there is a need by people who feel powerless to exert their influence in negative ways, when positive energy does not seem to work for them. These individuals are the famous “schardenfroeders” or shadow dwellers who consistently try to throw shadows on the work, well being and reputation of others. They live their lonely existence cringing behind plants, hiding behind self righteous indignation and pointing of their index finger at others when they may risk any accountability in a failing project or crumbling process.

Far from contributing, their thoughts, deeds and judgments rest firmly in the realm of deconstruction, second-guessing, nay-saying and rash assumption.

These individuals have been famous throughout history for their place of dishonor as jealous, driven and evil at a very rudimentary spiritual level.

The envy and vitriol they spread usually does not seriously hurt, sink or destroy much of anything. It does however hover in their souls, find its way into convoluted and conjecture ridden gossip and eventually fully destroys its host.

Lonely, desperate and isolated these purveyors of grief, so used to concealing themselves from the objects of their disdain, eventually disappear into smaller and smaller spaces where their joyless thinking and self-protection overtake them.

The spirit of transparency, kindness, good intent is refreshing, reassuring and exists in most places where a number of people are assembled. People of experience, tolerance and insight exercise cooperation, support the greater good and form their reactions around reality.  Internal maelstroms do not motivate the clear heart and mind. The rancorous and destructive influence of people’s dark sides is seldom more obvious than when it is impacted and collides directly with truth, transparency and kindness.  Goodness and clarity are extremely powerful buffers against the aggravating minorities of humanity that would have us doubt the light of spirit and the strength and transformative power of positive, well motivated constituencies.

Know your own motivation and seek life-traction through growth, not envy and anger.
