EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM

The Employee Recognition and Retention Committee is excited to introduce MAPCL’s Employee Recognition program.  We know that recognizing exceptional job performance is integral to our goal of retaining quality staff within the organization.  If you have seen a staff that has gone above and beyond at a program, please consider them for inclusion in our formal recognition system by completing a nomination form.  Nominations must include at least one or more examples of each area identified as exceptional work-based behaviours as described by MAPCL’s Core Competencies (Communication, Professionalism, Self- Awareness and Ethics).  We are recognizing achievements above and beyond a staff member’s regular job duties.  Nomination forms to be found on our Simplicity database.  The informal recognition plan will honour an employee’s length of service with MAPCL.  More details will follow shortly.  We are very excited to be able to honour our dedicated and exceptional employees. Next month information regarding our Program will be posted on our agency website, and our employee resource centre website.
