Hi, my name is Dominic Leung.  I am the new Director of Finance of MAPCL responsible for the Accounting and IT departments.  I am excited to be here to work with a group of devoted staff who is making a difference to other people’s lives.  MAPCL has been known to me as an agency that provides  leading edge services to people who are mentally challenged.

I come from an agency that provides services similar to MAPCL.  This background mekes well suited for my new role.  I am  married with two kids who are now young adults.  I like the  outdoors and meeting people with diverse interests .  I trekked the Inca Trail of Peru this summer, visited  Machu Picchu (one of the Seven Wonders of the world) and had a lot of interaction with the local people.

I am passionate about people.  I believe that all people are the same, some with more challenges than others.  This value is concurrent with the underlying philosophy of MAPCL (People are people, each individual is worthy of our respect and being treated with dignity).  I trusted that with such a strong team at  MAPCL that, we can walk the talk and make a difference to the communities we serve.
