On behalf of our Board, please be advised that Fernando Coelho has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of Mainstream Association for Proactive Community Living (MAPCL).  Fernando will continue to fulfill his duties as Chief Operating Officer in addition to his new appointment.
